I'm what I would say a good graphic/visual/brand designer. I'm not exceptional. But I do good work. I'm also autistic.

The lack of inclusivity in the hiring process is insanity. I have no problems getting interviews (at least I didn't in 2021 or early 2022), but getting past that is becoming impossible.

I'm truly frightened for my future.
