Definitely. There is also a major difference between someone who has some narcissist behaviors and traits (a lot of them are quite common — everyone is a little narcissist meaning they like to win, feel liked, etc) and someone who actually has narcisstic personality disorder (NPD).

They are not the same and I think NPD is a lot more rare than society makes it seem.
